  • I led the digital integration of over 20 acquired digital media brands working with Bauer, Wenner, The Enthusiast Network, and American Media. In each of these cases, I helped drive every step of the process, including evaluating the digital businesses, planning their integration into the organization, and planning how to staff and operate these brands as part of their new organizational structure.
  • I am driving revenue growth at TV Insider (the digital site for TV Guide Magazine). As a result of the plan that I developed and helped them execute traffic and revenue have skyrocketed.
  • I helped a mid-sized health and wellness publisher with a severe and urgent downturn in traffic and revenue due to a challenging redesign. I helped them triage the problem, replace underperforming staff and vendors, improve their relationship with their revenue partners, and get the business back on track.
  • I planned and managed the initial implementation of unified user data profiles (and privacy controls) for American Media. They now gather, unify, and enhance data on all visitors to their websites, event attendees (Mr. OlympiaDew Tour), subscribers (print, email), and any other consumer touch points. This data is used for marketing, cross-promotion, ad targeting, discovering new businesses, and other opportunities.
